The FEST seeks to offer an opportunity to inspire Peru´s new generation of leaders, at a time where innovating has become a crucial topic in the national conversation about sustainable growth.

Attendees to the FEST and its speakers present, debate and build upon each others ideas of creation in this free yearly event, which has become a landmark within our companies' culture.

We choose speakers who boost our understanding of the future by sharing their experience with topics such as digital transformation, organizational transformation, user focused learning, data and the purpose of businesses from around the world.

FROM YOU

A one hour conference, divided into a 20 minute presentation, followed by a 20 minute interview and a 20 minute open Q&A session.

Cover travel and accommodations for you and a companion, including a curated 3-day trip after the FEST to Cusco and Machu Picchu.
